Before I started working with Jeremy, I was miserable working the same job I had done for 14 years, running a side hustle, and taking care of a toddler. I really wanted to take my side hustle full time, but I was really stuck on how to do it or even if I could or should.

Jeremy and I connected online when I posted for some help thinking through whether I could go full-time or not. I also listened to some of his podcast episodes to get a sense of him, and found he asked really good questions and didn’t let people off the hook, although he was really nice about it. Those were qualities that seemed really important to me in a coach, so I decided to go for it!

I really enjoyed having sacred time, every couple of weeks, to step out of the noise of my day-to-day and to focus in on one problem I was trying to solve with someone who was completely invested in my success. It gave me an hour of peace to get clarity and make progress toward something that is truly one of the most important parts of my life!

In short, I am now full-time running my own business and I am sure I would not be at this point right now if not for coaching with Jeremy. I also took a big trip to Mexico with my family over the summer, which I had been wanting to do for over a decade, but several road blocks were stopping me. Getting coaching with Jeremy really helped me get past the obstacles and make it happen!

A turning point in my coaching was when Jeremy helped me prepare for a conversation with my former boss to give her notice of my leaving my position. I work in a field where I have the unique task of giving notice several months in advance, and I was leaving a work place I felt a lot of loyalty to. Without Jeremy’s coaching to have that conversation at that moment in time, I would very likely be working my old job right now. From that point, I had to work on taking steps to strengthen the business I was stepping into. Coaching definitely led to my forming several strong relationships with prospective clients and other connectors. My mother-in-law visits us often, and on her most recent visit, on just the second day, she told me that I am noticeably less stressed and happier. I definitely feel that difference, but it was really powerful to hear I am showing up differently to others because of this change.

It was really evident to me from working with Jeremy that I just don’t see what I don’t see. Sessions with Jeremy enabled new ideas and ways of thinking come forward that I would not have realized on my own, and that allowed me to progress much faster than I would have stuck in my own thoughts, or even just talking to others in my own circle. Having a dedicated coach who would hone in on my goals alongside me was immensely helpful. I would say that if there is something about your career you want to progress forward, and you are uncertain or unclear about what you want or how to get it, definitely talk to Jeremy.

Since I’ve started working with Jeremy I feel more motivated, focused and confident. Having recently left my job, I was having trouble deciding what career path to take next. I had some inklings as to what I should pursue thereafter, but was lacking confidence in those decisions.

Jeremy is a very easy person to talk to. He has a way of making me reexamine and reevaluate certain notions I have held that could be holding me back from really achieving my goals. In my meetings with Jeremy, he has really shown me that I should have more confidence in my pursuits. In addition, a lot of the results from the exercises I have done have been quite eye-opening.

For me, the result of working with Jeremy has been a solid affirmation of the direction on which I am currently finding myself. Prior to meeting with Jeremy, I had been having doubts about the choices I was making. However, through Jeremy’s advice and exercises, I have found that the paths I am on are the right ones, and I should go headfirst into them. It is also great to have this large collection of information about myself in the form of various tests and exercises.

I would tell someone who needs this kind of help to just go for it but be prepared to roll up your sleeves and really delve into yourself. This is a process that requires the right amount of time and dedication in order to get the most out of the exercises. The exercises themselves can seem a bit daunting, but they are easy to get absorbed in.

Before coaching, my biggest challenge was attempting to elevate my career to a new level, particularly in articulating the value I bring to my organization. I sought guidance on navigating next steps and securing a more rewarding position within my company.

I chose to work with Jeremy because not only did he reach out to me via a Reddit post after I’d asked for Career Coach recommendations, but he also seamlessly accommodated my needs.

The aspect I enjoyed most about our collaboration was the variety of exercises Jeremy introduced during our sessions. Two exercises that particularly stood out were the meditation practice and the step-by-step backward planning exercise, both of which helped me prepare for potential job opportunities.

I got some great ideas and perspective as far as how I can potentially move forward.

I would enthusiastically recommend anyone in need of career guidance to give it a try. While it was a new experience for me, I found career coaching to be enriching and enjoyable.

My biggest problem was motivation to continue in something I’d been working on for many years. My enthusiasm was waning and the pandemic working situation had left me struggling with a need to get out of a perceived career ‘rut’.

I’d heard Jeremy had been coaching for some time, followed the progress in his venture and spoken with others who had followed his podcast. It had to be worth a try!

It was great to ‘offload’ about work, with others not necessarily at work. I felt comfortable talking to Jeremy about my career, aspirations and current challenges.

Jeremy’s non-judgemental yet challenging approach made me feel as if he were listening, understood my points, yet was able to help me to approach these in a positive way.

I am much more clear in what I need from an employer and what I need from a role. I have realised a few points about my situation too that were previously lost on me and I am also working in a slightly different way too. It’s working better for me.

It’s clear that coaching can really help anyone who needs to review how they work, what they do and how they do it. It helps put a focus on what is important, what is worth valuing from a job (and an employer) and what can be ‘let-go’. The coaching helps form these views and individual results can be surprising.

In just a short time working with Jeremy, I’ve already realized how flawed my past approaches have been in setting career goals, aligning my skills/weaknesses with a position that fits, and finding companies that align well with my values. Jeremy is a kind soul! He is patient, listens well, and within just a few minutes of our first meeting, I was completely comfortable being open and honest with him about my goals and thoughts.

Jeremy has a unique gift in asking questions that will completely change your perspective of a problem you’re facing. He’s politely challenged me to reassess my approach and thought processes around my career, which has led to some paradigm shifts about the way I see work, my skills, and the type of company I want to work for.

He’s been a breath of fresh air to my life. I’ve been disheartened for some time about where to go next in my career, what opportunities would/wouldn’t be appropriate for me, and I felt like I was just floundering without any progress. Jeremy has changed all of that for me. I have a positive and excited outlook again. I have a much better understanding of my skills/personality/work style. Finally, he’s helped me realized “what’s been missing” in my work life, why I haven’t really enjoyed my career for the last few years. I never realized how much I was missing a “mission-oriented” work environment and I’m thrilled to be headed in that direction now!

If you work with Jeremy, I have no doubt that you’ll have the same appreciation and gratitude for him that I do.

My biggest challenge before Jeremy and I started working together was disorganization and not having time to properly think things through.

Jeremy and I met during a podcast challenge, of all things, and we ended up having an initial “test” call sometime after the challenge ended. I found him to be a genuinely kind person who listened well and asked great questions, so I decided to see where that might take me!

I enjoyed getting to know Jeremy better and having a wonderful space in which I knew that I could bring any problem or hang-up and expect to find creative solutions or new ways of looking at them.

Jeremy helped me to realize just how much I have accomplished just over the months we were working together. It was a really valuable moment of self-reflection and a pat on the back. I’ll be remembering to do that on a regular basis, because I found it very empowering!

To someone who needs this kind of help, I’d say “Do it”! Jeremy is wonderful and he will be of great help with whatever situation you are considering coming to him with.

I had already a fairly good idea in which direction I wanted to go, but I was stuck with limiting beliefs and analysis paralysis to understand what the next step would be for me.

I came across the website and enjoyed listening to some podcasts from the different speakers. From there Jeremy and I connected and as I was in the middle of taking important career decisions it was very helpful to be coached at the same time.

Being an analytical person myself, I believe that the exercises, especially the WHO Test, gave me some sense of writing things down and analyzing them together to get clarity and confidence.

The biggest result I had from working with Jeremy was gaining clarity in what I look for in my next job based on values, strength and long-term goals and to reframe certain thought patterns.

You can use the podcast series and free exercises as a great source of information and then take clarity where and what you want out of the coaching.

My biggest challenge before speaking to Jeremy was that I felt that I really needed a solid plan of which direction to move my business in next. I knew that something was holding me back in my business internally but I couldn’t put my finger on what is was exactly.

I enjoyed the easy and natural way that Jeremy guided me to realizing my own answers.

The biggest tangible result of speaking with Jeremy was an awareness that my main roadblock in my business currently is my own fear. And that those fears are quite insignificant as compared to risks that I already take in my daily life.

If you think coaching might help you, definitely do it! It’s so empowering to be guided to your own truth and to realize how you can step out of your own way.

I’d been feeling like I was in a professional and motivational “slump,” so when Jeremy offered coaching, I jumped at the opportunity.

Jeremy asks thought-provoking questions and is an astute listener. I came away from each of our sessions with a full page of notes of ideas and follow-up items to explore further.

Jeremy has an easygoing manner and calming energy that resonated with me, yet he asked intriguing questions that challenged me to deeply explore my situation and uncover aspects I had not considered before.

I highly recommend Jeremy if you are considering someone to help facilitate your personal/professional development journey.

Last week, I took fellow SPI Pro @Jeremy Cline up on a wonderfully generous offer he made to other members of this community. Jeremy is a business and career coach and host of the Change Work Life Podcast. He offered fellow SPI Pros 90-minute coaching sessions! And boy am I glad I signed up! He approaches his coaching with a kindness and authenticity, looking to help his clients to find their truths within their experiences and lifestyle. By asking questions and delving deeper, Jeremy had me making realization after realization about not only my business – but the life I want to live within my business. I ended up having a HUGE epiphany that will shift what has been a sticking point to a streamlined benefit for both me and my community. I can’t thank him enough – or recommend him highly enough. Spend some time with Jeremy and get the clarity you wish you had!

My biggest challenge before speaking with Jeremy was getting clear on what I needed to focus on in my business

I enjoyed Jeremy’s calm demeanor and questions that had me reflecting.

As a result of my conversation with Jeremy, I will be taking more direct action to get the marketing and mentorship I need.

To someone who needs this kind of help, I would say go for it! Jeremy’s questions will bring clarity.

Jeremy helped me to work out a plan for my next career step. I was overwhelmed with too many possible paths before we started.

I appreciated his seniority and passion for career topics through his podcast. Jeremy has a calm nature and provided a structured approach to the coaching.

I enjoyed most the positive energy I felt after our sessions. Our sessions always felt uplifting.

For me, the results were mostly psychological. I felt more clear-headed and positive about my decisions.

It’s surprisingly powerful to talk about bigger decisions and open questions in greater depth with a coach.

I had a great coaching session today with Jeremy Cline where the focus started on stress but where we ended up talking about much more. Saying some of my thoughts out loud made me realise how ridiculous they are.

Before university, I don’t recall a time where I suffered with stress. I might have felt a bit stressed before some exams and in some other situations, but it was short-lived and probably didn’t last more than an hour at a time.

Fast forward to the last few years and I’ve had quite a few periods of stress, lasting full weeks at times, basically feeling stressed all day, every day. I know it’s no way to live but I’ve become caught up in a cycle.

Talking it through with Jeremy today gave me some clarity as to why that might be:

– My own standards I set for myself are too high
– I try to do too much
– I become obsessive at wanting to become better and doing a better job
– I want others to perceive me as being good at things
– I don’t like the thought of wasting time

I accept that I am the cause of my own stress, and that I want to change that.

I’ve already made some changes over the last week and I’m feeling much better as a result. I plan to make some more between now and when I next speak to Jeremy. Hopefully, these will make a positive difference for me.

My biggest challenge was a major lack of clarity in knowing what I wanted out of my profession. I needed help to identify the values that I hold strongly

My decision to work with Jeremy came from great difficulty identifying direction or clarity with what I desired out of my profession. I typically am a “figure it out for myself” type of person but that wasn’t yielding the results I wanted and so I tried something different.

I enjoyed that I was challenged to really ask myself the difficult questions that needed an answer. I couldn’t keep kicking those answers down the road.

The biggest tangible result was a methodology for breaking down what I have interest in whether how broad or precise and using that in order to prioritize the constituent parts of that.

To anyone who needs coaching I would say come in with an open mind and take lots of notes.

I found Jeremy to be a very good fit for me personally and what I needed at the time. He pushed me when he needed to and provided encouragement when that was required. The exercises he set were interesting and gave me a better insight into what skills I have and how I can improve on my own value proposition. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Jeremy asked great questions to get to the heart of my situation. He was also able to tease out the boundaries I’d set for myself and helped me recognize where my thinking might have been a bit restrictive. He was also very good at brainstorming and introducing tools I could use for the next steps of my journey. I truly appreciated my conversation with Jeremy, and would recommend that anyone looking to make a change in their life set up a chat with him.

Just wanted to showcase SPI Pro member @Jeremy Cline. At 3:00am I posted in SPI Pro regarding advice wanted for value-based pricing. Jeremy immediately commented and we hopped on a call later today.

It was so helpful to get out of my head for a minute and grateful for his input and thought-provoking questions, I could tell immediately that he was a natural at coaching.

Before our conversation, I was feeling stuck and overwhelmed about how to move forward with a big project. I had the vision, but the next steps felt cloudy, and progress was frustratingly slow.

I reached out to Jeremy because I needed a clear, strategic path – and someone who could help me cut through the noise with fresh perspective.

What stood out most was Jeremy’s ability to quickly get to the heart of the issue. He asked thoughtful questions, challenged my thinking in all the right ways, and helped me organize my ideas into an actionable plan.

The biggest result? Clarity. I walked away with focus, renewed confidence, and clear next steps that felt aligned and achievable.

If you’re navigating complexity or feeling unsure of your next move, talk to Jeremy. His insight, calm presence, and ability to bring structure to ambiguity is a game-changer.

My biggest challenges before working with Jeremy were (i) adjusting to feedback about my interactions with colleagues in the workplace and (ii) finding new plans for business development.

I decided to work with Jeremy as he did not come across as a ruthless “City professional” which would not have suited my approach to life and work at all. I enjoyed being able to speak candidly and openly with Jeremy.

The biggest tangible result I had from working with Jeremy was restoring my workplace equilibrium and realising what matters (and importantly what does not matter).

If you’re looking for this kind of help, seize the chance and see where it takes you.

My biggest challenge before talking to Jeremy was uncertainty about if I should change careers.

I heard Jeremy on a podcast and really liked his demeanor and his clear approach to processing big life decisions such as changing careers.

What I enjoyed most about my conversation with Jeremy was his incredible way of subtly but powerfully guiding me toward my own inner wisdom. His discipline to not just give answers to my problems is nothing short of beautiful.

My biggest takeaway was seeing an example of someone who just provided space and prompting for me rather than leading me. More than anyone I’ve witnessed he deleted biased input and focused on poignant questions to facilitate my inner knowledge.

Jeremy is an incredible coach and human being. I am certain that anyone interested in changing their work life or even just growing would greatly benefit from his gently powerful wisdom.

Confidence in my ability to act as a leader was one of my biggest challenges.

Jeremy was recommended to me by a colleague and our exploratory call gave me a lot of comfort that working with him would help me.

I enjoyed most the homework sessions where I could do two things: dedicate some time to the problem as well as apply the learnings from the previous sessions to my work.

Working with Jeremy resulted in a clear understanding of my strengths and weaknesses which I was able to openly communicate with my leadership. As a result, I was assigned a support resource to help me in the areas that I did not like or in which I wasn’t skilled. I always felt that as a CEO of this business I needed to know everything about it, but Jeremy helped me think rationally about this and helped me solve my mental block.

A lot of people would say, I already know what’s wrong with me and I am just getting to solve it. However, coaching helps cross the chasm quickly and brings a bit of accountability into the process. With coaching, the change is much faster than you think it’s going to be.
