Private Wealth Professionals Circle
A confidential, coach-facilitated peer group for senior advisers to UHNW individuals and families.
Your personal advisory board: trusted peers from across the UHNW sector who understand your world.
Quarterly breakfast meetings in central London • Cross-disciplinary • High trust
Next cohort launching Q3 2026
When everyone looks to you, who do you look to?
Senior roles bring complex client dynamics, team leadership and commercial decisions, often with fewer sounding boards and less time to think.
The Private Wealth Professionals Circle gives you structured space to step back, test ideas and get clear, objective input from people who understand your world, without the internal politics or time demands of traditional mentoring.
Designed for those at a level where it’s harder to find genuine peers or mentors.
You’ll gain:
- Clarity on client and team issues
- Honest challenge without the politics
- Momentum between meetings – action, not just good intentions
- Trusted relationships across disciplines – the kind that consistently lead to valuable business connections and collaboration
What it is and why it works
Think of the Private Wealth Professionals Circle as your personal advisory board: a small, curated group of senior professionals advising UHNW clients across law, accountancy, investment, family office and related fields.
There’s no internal politics. The focus is candid discussion and strategic thinking, led by an experienced coach-facilitator.
- Curated group: small group of senior professionals advising UHNWs across complementary disciplines
- No duplicates: no two members from the same firm
- Professionally facilitated: focused, useful conversations – not small talk
- Confidential by design: a safe space to speak frankly and think clearly
Why external structures matter
You could organise something informal yourself – a few trusted peers meeting occasionally. Many senior professionals do.
But informal groups rarely deliver the same depth or consistency. Here’s why this is different:
Informal peer groups tend to:
- Drift when diaries get busy – meetings get postponed, momentum is lost
- Stay surface-level – without facilitation, conversations often avoid the difficult topics
- Become politicised – when someone’s more senior or influential, candour suffers
- Lack accountability – good intentions, but no structured follow-through
The Private Wealth Professionals Circle provides:
- External curation – no internal politics, no power dynamics, no colleagues in the room
- Professional facilitation – conversations stay focused, useful and genuinely challenging
- Cross-firm perspective – fresh thinking without the cost of consultants
- Managed logistics – no admin burden. Someone else handles the organisation, curation and momentum
You just turn up, think clearly and benefit.
What you’ll gain
- Clarity – see the signal, not the noise
- Confidence – decide and act when the stakes are high
- Challenge – honest feedback from peers who understand your world
- Momentum – turn insight into action and stay accountable
- Connection – trusted relationships across disciplines

What makes this different
Most networks focus on access or visibility. The Private Wealth Professionals Circle is about depth: a trusted environment to think clearly, share candidly and make better decisions. Each meeting is structured and professionally facilitated so every conversation is useful.
How this compares:
| Most networks… | The Private Wealth Professionals Circle… |
| Focus on transactional lead exchanges or technical updates | Focuses on trusted relationships that generate business naturally, alongside clarity and candid reflection |
| Shaped by internal politics and hierarchy | Curated across firms – no colleagues, no power dynamics |
| Offer informal catch-ups or large events | Provides structured, facilitated sessions in a carefully curated group |
| Lack follow-through | Optional one-to-one coaching available to support accountability and momentum |
| Based on small talk and positioning | Built for depth – getting beneath the surface of real challenges |
This is a space to:
- Be stretched and supported
- Get beneath the surface
- Speak freely and be properly listened to
It’s not for everyone. But for the right people, it’s transformative.

Your questions answered
Will my discussions remain confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle of the Circle. Every member signs a short confidentiality agreement so that everyone can speak freely and trust that what’s said in the room stays in the room.
Who’s in the group?
Members are senior advisers to UHNW individuals and families, typically partners or heads of team in law, accountancy, investment management, family-office and related roles. Everyone is carefully selected to ensure a balance of perspectives and shared standards of professionalism.
The founding cohort includes senior professionals from private client law, investment management, trust services and art advisory, all with 15-25+ years’ experience at the highest levels of complexity.
To maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts, no two members are from the same firm.
Each group is carefully curated. Not everyone who applies will be invited to join – this ensures the right mix and maintains the quality of discussion.
What does it cost to join?
The annual investment is £2,400 per year. We will discuss details during your onboarding call. The goal is to ensure that the value and benefits align with your professional needs.
How much time does it take?
Each meeting runs from 8:00–10:00am, with breakfast from 7:30am, four times a year. You can also choose to have optional one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions (additional investment). It’s designed for maximum benefit with minimal disruption to your working day.
Is this just another networking group?
It’s different. Most networking focuses on transactional lead exchanges and visibility. This is about depth – building trusted relationships with senior peers who understand your world.
These relationships consistently create business opportunities through referrals and collaboration, but that’s an outcome of the trust built in the room, not the focus of the meetings. The work is about strategic clarity, candid challenge and professional growth.
Can’t I just set up something like this myself?
You could, and many senior professionals already have informal peer groups. This is different because it’s consistently effective.
Why informal groups often struggle:
- Someone has to organise, chase and chair (and that person is usually you)
- Meetings drift or get cancelled when diaries clash
- Conversations stay surface-level without skilled facilitation
- Internal politics creep in when people know each other too well
- There’s no structured accountability for follow-through
What makes this work:
- Externally curated – no internal politics, no power dynamics, no colleagues
- Professionally facilitated – conversations stay focused and useful
- Structured and scheduled – you don’t organise, chase or chair
- Built across firms – fresh perspective and challenge beyond your organisation
- Accountability built in – structured follow-through at every meeting, with optional one-to-one coaching available
Someone else handles the logistics, the curation and the momentum. You just turn up and benefit.
Will I be discussing confidential issues with competitors?
Sharing strategies, tools and approaches will strengthen your ability to serve your clients better and tackle challenges more effectively. You’ll find that collaboration leads to unexpected insights and solutions you wouldn’t have discovered alone. And if there’s a topic which you don’t feel is appropriate for the group, it’s in your discretion not to raise it.
What happens if I can’t attend a session?
Life happens, and occasional diary clashes are inevitable. That’s fine, though regular attendance helps build the trust and rhythm that make the group work. If you miss two or more meetings in a year, we’ll have a quick conversation to make sure the group still fits your schedule.
Is this a coaching group?
Each meeting has coaching elements, but it’s not group therapy or skills training. The focus is peer discussion, guided by a coach to keep it practical and outcome-focused.
What’s expected of me between meetings?
Nothing formal. You can use the messaging group to share quick wins or questions, but the main value comes from being present and open at each session.
What if my firm won’t fund it?
Many members are firm-funded as this is professional development in leadership and client management, not just technical skills. We can provide materials to support internal approval processes.
Some members self-fund, particularly if they’re building relationships and capabilities that will serve them throughout their career, regardless of which firm they’re with.
Either way, we’ll discuss your circumstances during the introductory call.
How long has this been running?
The founding cohort launched in September 2025. I’ve spent 20+ years as a private client lawyer and several years coaching senior professionals in this space, and have designed this group based on what I’ve seen works – and what doesn’t – in peer learning environments.
This is a new initiative, but it’s built on deep experience of both the private wealth world and professional development at senior levels.
About the facilitator

Jeremy Cline is a former private client lawyer who spent over 20 years advising some of the world’s wealthiest individuals and families at Simmons & Simmons, Farrer & Co and Stonehage Fleming.
He understands the private wealth world intimately: the client dynamics, the team pressures, the technical layered with human complexity, and the isolation that can come with senior responsibility.
Now an accredited executive coach, Jeremy helps senior professionals in the private wealth space gain clarity, momentum and confidence at pivotal points in their careers.
Jeremy’s approach:
- Calm, thoughtful facilitation that creates space for honest reflection
- Constructively challenging – helping you see what you might be missing
- Grounded in real-world experience of advising at the highest levels
- Focused on practical insight you can act on, not just theory
Jeremy personally facilitates every Private Wealth Professionals Circle session, ensuring consistency, confidentiality and quality.
Background:
- Diploma in Transformative Coaching (Animas Coaching School)
- Trained in coaching neurodiverse professionals

What next?
Let’s talk and see whether the Private Wealth Professionals Circle is a fit.
What happens on the call:
- We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, the challenges you’re facing and the opportunities you’d like to explore
- I’ll explain how the Circle works in more detail
- We’ll explore whether it’s a good mutual fit
If we both think it makes sense, I’ll send you the full information pack and we’ll discuss next steps. If not, I’m happy to suggest alternative resources that might help.
What members say
From the founding cohort:
“Jeremy has brought together a really good mix of people. Everyone comes from slightly different backgrounds, but the conversations flow naturally and people are open and engaged. It’s a space where you feel comfortable being honest about challenges, knowing it’s safe and constructive. Jeremy has a great manner for drawing people out and keeping the discussion focused. Hearing different perspectives from other industries has given me fresh ideas for how I lead and manage my team.“
– Matthew Duncan, Partner and Head of Private Wealth, Druces
“The discussions were open, direct and genuinely useful. When someone raised a challenge, the way the group responded and built on it meant the conversation quickly got deeper. Everyone was honest, receptive and thoughtful, which made the time really worthwhile. Jeremy’s structure gave focus to keep things moving without feeling forced.“
– James Badcock, CEO, Dialogue Private Office
“Jeremy has clearly thought carefully about how to put the group together, and it works really well. The private room makes it easy for people to open up, and Jeremy keeps the discussion moving so a lot gets covered without it feeling rushed. He helps everyone come to the meeting prepared, leading to genuinely useful conversations and clear action points. It’s helped me to resolve some issues I’d been putting off.“
– Alexander Bottenheim, Portfolio Manager, Brown Advisory
“The group brings together really interesting people with deep experience in their own fields. Hearing how others approach client challenges from different angles is genuinely valuable, and it’s a perspective you don’t often get day to day. The calibre of the members and the insights they share make it a very worthwhile use of time. Jeremy has created something that feels thoughtful, high quality and well put together, without being over-formal.“
– Vanessa Curry, Founding Director, Fine Art Source
